Das Gebäude, mit dem erhaltenen Giebelschild zur Nordseite, ist aus verputztem Bruchstein erbaut. An der Grabenstraße gelegen, bestehend aus dem eingetieften Erdgeschoß, heute Kellernutzung, dem Obergeschoß und dem zum Teil ausgebautem Dachgeschoß. Der Südgiebel ist unter das hohe Satteldach gezogen. Der Dachstuhl sowie die Außenwände, aus der Erbauungszeit, blieben erhalten.  Im Nordgiebel sind die Fenster zweiachsig angeordnet, ein kleines Fenster in der Giebelspitze stammt aus der Erbauungszeit.
